The area includes: a barbecue shelter, two wooden buildings made using identical technology, a sauna and a utility room. The garden part has an additional parking lot, a small greenhouse and a vegetable garden.

The building also meets high security requirements. And so it was equipped with an alarm system with remote operation from the application, connection to monitoring and external cameras with recorders.

The property is located in the “natura 2000” protected area on Małszewskie Lake (silence zone), in an attractive tourist area, surrounded by beautiful pine and spruce forests of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest.
