Igloo Warsaw Properties is an innovative startup real estate agency, which is quickly becoming a recognizable staple on the Warsaw real estate scene. Our mission is to create a completely new quality in the brokerage industry based on innovative technologies aimed at supporting agents in their activities, in order to improve brokerage processes, thus giving our clients a competitive advantage.
The idea to create a new brand was born in 2012 and matured over the next 9 years, during which the concept of a new model of real estate agency was formed. The basic condition for entering the market was to create a unique business model that would generate a competitive advantage for everyone involved.
It was never about creating another real estate office just for the sake of opening another agency. After almost ten years of forging a concept based, among others, on international experience in industries not only related to real estate, experimenting on marketing and sales strategies and consistently eliminating the wrong concepts by trial and error, today we can say that we have a ready formula.
