Real Estate Agent

Igloo Warsaw Properties is looking for a new team member to join our innovative startup real estate agency, which is quickly becoming a recognizable position on the Warsaw real estate scene.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing clients looking for real estate to rent or buy based primarily on the orders provided by the company, but also for finding and connecting clients with potential landlords or sellers to meet the residential needs of these clients and the final closing of the transaction.

In addition to handling current demand notifications flowing to the company, the candidate will also actively acquire new real estate in order to build an individual portfolio of current rental and sale offers, using the database of company contacts, but also by actively building own contacts.

Our customer base of demanded clients consists mainly of institutional clients such as international corporations, diplomatic missions and generally foreign-language clients looking for high-quality real estate for long-term rental, as well as foreigners who want to buy real estate in Warsaw, therefore excellent knowledge of the English language is a must.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a skillful negotiator, have problem-solving skills, have an analytical approach, you need to be someone who can think quickly, creatively and out of the box. Your entrepreneurial spirit will fuel your success.


  • Good understanding of the Warsaw real estate market
  • Minimum two years of experience in the local market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills with high-level clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Time management, organization and planning skills
  • Lateral thinking with solid analytical skills
  • An innovative approach to face the challenges
  • Ability to use MS Office packages
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Driving license and own car


  • Customer service for the rental of apartments and houses in Warsaw and Konstancin-Jeziorna.
  • Customer service for the purchase / sale of apartments and houses in Warsaw and Konstancin-Jeziorna.
  • Acquiring new real estate offers. Direct evaluation of offers and their technical and legal condition.
  • Presentations of real estate for clients
  • Signing agency contracts with property owners.
  • Preparation of lease agreements in two language versions.
  • Negotiating the terms of transactions for lease agreements.
  • Preparation of handover protocols for the handover of real estate
  • Negotiating the terms of sale
  • Coordination of the preparation of sale and purchase agreements with notary offices.
