Igloo Warsaw Properties is looking for a new team member to join our innovative startup real estate agency, which is quickly becoming a recognizable position on the Warsaw real estate scene.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing clients looking for real estate to rent or buy based primarily on the orders provided by the company, but also for finding and connecting clients with potential landlords or sellers to meet the residential needs of these clients and the final closing of the transaction.
In addition to handling current demand notifications flowing to the company, the candidate will also actively acquire new real estate in order to build an individual portfolio of current rental and sale offers, using the database of company contacts, but also by actively building own contacts.
Our customer base of demanded clients consists mainly of institutional clients such as international corporations, diplomatic missions and generally foreign-language clients looking for high-quality real estate for long-term rental, as well as foreigners who want to buy real estate in Warsaw, therefore excellent knowledge of the English language is a must.
