Igloo Warsaw Properties is looking for a new team member to join our innovative startup Agency that is quickly becoming a recognizable stable on the Warsaw’s Real Estate scene.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of experienced professionals in the real estate industry, aimed at serving clients looking for real estate to rent or buy, based primarily on leads provided by the company, but also for finding and connecting clients with potential landlords or sellers, in order to meet the residential needs of these clients and the final closing of the transaction.
In addition to handling current enquiries coming in to the company, the candidate will also actively acquire new properties in order to build an individual and team portfolio of current rental and sale offers, using the database of company contacts, but also by actively using and building own contacts
Our client base is predominantly made up of foreign corporate professionals seeking quality accommodation – long term rentals as well as foreigners looking to purchase property in Warsaw, therefore a an excellent command of the English language is a must.
To succeed in this role you will need to be a skilful negotiator, problem solver with an analytical approach who can think on his feet and think outside the box. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
